i was told to read off the address, and thats where they got me......i started "www.us.buy.com/retail..." and they stopped me.....saying sorry, i dont know where you got the coupon, but this coupon is only good at their BUISNESS store....good thing i didnt give the guy order # yet, so its not in my record.....i will call back and try again tomorrow

It worked for me. She asked me about the URL and that was it. She said they usually will charge the full price and then credit you back the $30.

weird, i just called them today to use the coupon and the csr, christy asked me order # and said they'll apply it within 3-5 days.. less than 1 minute phone call.. it was great

I"ve always wondered, How do buy.com and other sellers distribute those coupons?

I mean do they send them out to current customers? I bought about $1000 worch of merch from buy com last year and have never received a coupon offer directly from them.

Can they be found on their website if you do a search?

Are they by invitation only?

Just wondering.

It was remarkably easy for me also. I ordered the 64 mb radeon and called the next day (Sun) and talked to a csr. She didn't even ask me anything about the coupon. I asked for the business $30 off $150 and she asked for my order #. That was it.

I ordered the radeon standard ground shipping on Sat night and i will get it tomorrow (Wed). I don't think thats to bad. I also just got my email that my acount was credited $30.

Maybe everybody jumped on the coupon over the weekend and made it harder to redeem it? Or i just got a really cool csr (sorry, don't remember the name).

Bought the TDK burner on Sunday night through the website, called in 15 minutes later to request the $30 off and the CSR was really friendly - no flak at all. She didn't even ask me a single question about the coupon. Got the email Tuesday confirming that the $30 credit will be applied to my credit card within a few days. BTW, thanks to everyone for all the deals (coupons and product) that I've been able to take advantage of since discovering this forum a couple of weeks ago. You guys are just a peachy bunch of bastages. Oh - and I just used the $10 off $30 coupon tonight when I ordered the optical mouseman wheel. Lovin' the coupon craze.

it was a 8 1/2 x 11 postcard and just said buybig on the back, but that was before this new coupon.
