This actually isn't that bad of a deal considering the cheapest I could find it elsewhere was for $105 at Mobshop after deducting the $25 off $100 VISA rebate.

According to Shopper.com the cheapest the Palm Pix is available (from a reputable/well known etailer) is for $129.95 from Onvia.com

Don't forget your 3% back from eBates, if you're a new Buy.com customer you can combine this with a $30 off $150 coupon (perhaps order two Palm Pix's?)

Just noticed this from the Onvia description:

The KODAK PalmPix camera is compatible with PALM handhelds III, IIIc, IIIe, IIIxe, and VII, IBM Workpad, and TRGpro. The camera is also compatible with PALM V and Vx models with the required DockV (x) adapter, sold separately.

If you are already strapped for memory on your Palm (as I am with my Palm V), I'd stay away from this device as it uses the PDA memory to store pictures. Nonetheless, not a bad deal, if you want a portable, small camera.

How about a pricematch with Staples and then using a coupon? Makes it $25 cheaper. i've had awesome luck using my new Staples B&M, pricematching web prices and then using a coupon... Makes it $64 + tax

Tried one out. Cool gadget to show everyone, but rather useless.

Have to use your Palm lcd as viewfinder and it is really slow, muddy low res to try to frame your shot in. Doesn't fit in my Franklin case.

Pics came out OK for 640x480, but it is a memory hog. No flash makes it somewhat useless too. Better off buying an Agfa or whatever with a flash for around the same price.

Bought a Canon Powershot A10 1.3 mpixel with optical zoom on clearance with 8 meg flash memory at OfficeMax B&M for $170 a few months ago, much much better.
