I've called them 3 times and requested a cancellation online, they won't seem to cancel, but they won't ship it either. Their customer service reps are nice but they don't do anything, they tell me they can't cancel it. He did tell me the reason why there is another online is because it was from a different vendor, while the "deal of the day" was from another vendor that didn't tell buy.com that they were backordered. He also told me that I will know by the end of the week if it is going to ship or if it is indeed cancelled. I'm pretty sure this is the last thing I almost buy from buy.com.
