buy.com question??

I ordered a 700mhz Duron cpu from Buy.com and 1 software title. Go to look at my order status and it says that I have 4 packages coming to me? Has anyone ever had this happen to them? I don't think that I am lucky enough for them to have screwed up and sent me 4 of them but you never know. Just wondering if this is normal for them.

I also want to know whether or not they could charge me for all 4 packages if that is the case or if I can kep them because it is their mistake.

I was double charged by an online vendor once. It was to my debit card that was tied to my checking account which froze my savings account as well. It was on a $249 cpu, however the company had excellent user ratings, and they paid return insured shipping, both charges removed, no late charges (because I noticed it and notified my bank right away), and they never recharged for the cpu.

I would check that to make sure the order didn't go through twice.
Use the UPS tracking to check where they were sent from. If you
have two boxes from each location, call buy.com as it seems they
processed your order twice. If they are all from different locations,
then your order is just plain screwed up .

I would open each package while the UPS guy waits. Refuse shipment
on anything you didn't order. You can also call your credit card
company and have them check the charges.

PS: I did have buy.com charge me twice for an item. They kept putting
my credit card number through their machine four or five times because
their stuff wasn't working. It worked twice out of all the times they
put my card through. Took them a week to credit my account.

I've ordered serveral different things from buy.com.. and 2 times.... I have received 3 different packaged for the 3 different items I ordered....

Well here is the funny thing. One tracking number contains all 3 items that I ordered while the 3 others contain just 2 of them according to buy.com's website. 2 are being shipped from the same location while one is waiting for manifest pickup and the last was shipped from an entirely different location. Checked my credit card and it only shows one charge so what gives?
