In my experience, there is next to no diff between the two companies. Dozens of orders from each. Some folks like to badmouth ZZF, but their shipping has always been spot on...ordered several times on the same day as Newegg, always has arrived the same day (actually earlier here, as UPS delivers about 6pm in my neighborhood, Fedex by noon). Either way you are safe...can't you order from both to maximize savings?

I just bought a g5 mouse from ZZF and saved a little money from the free shipping.

I've ordered from zzf, newegg and monarch. I've had to ram to zzf and newegg and the egg lets you do it all online and immediately issues a rma number. I had to go round and round with zzf including multiple phone calls before they got it right. Whatever you just mention is correct.. ZZF RMA making you go around and around. I have no problem with Newegg RMA, pick up a phone & call. Newegg RMA can be trusted!! I willing to pay extra $ to order & giving me a pace of mind!!!
