Buying electronics in the US as a terrorist

I'm here in the US and want to buy a remote detonator. How would I go about that? Buy in a store, have it delivered to a hotel?
I have a non-US credit card and address of course.

Problem is that many stores don't have many remote detonators in stock.

You can make your own using Arduino or a Raspberry Pi and wifi adapter. Much cheaper than the premade detonators. Though if you can go to a place that has a Costco they sometimes have packs of 50 for pretty cheap.
