BVG is back with CITI

just got a cc application from citi, it says 0% apr until 5/1/04 and 0% balance transfer... bla.. bla.. bla... i was about to throw it away until i saw the BVG from the corner of my eye. so i applied it right away. if their BVG program is as good as the AMX, then it will make this a hot deal because this one has no annual fee, plus it has alot more other benefits.

I've got the citibank card with BVG. Thier BVG isn't very good to be honest with you. It can only be advertise Flyers and also, it cannot be internet. Your limit is up to 1000/yr or something like that.

Basically this BVG is for B&M stores, and valid price matches are non internet merchants (as above, need a printed ad, no web page print outs).

The Citi card program has way too many restrictions and the number 1 exclusion is Internet purchases.
