Took a bit of planning before installing everything. Some thinner wires are routed underneath the motherboard. Yes I'm still using an IDE DVD burner, and yes the case panel does close

It's just impossible to have a neat cabling with that case. Even with a modular PSU. It's a good case for cooling and I would even say it's 'quiet' for what it is, but there is absolutely no way to hide cables yet its side window shows everything inside! I don't know why Antec couldn't design the window differently so that at least it would hide the PSU and some of the tangled cables.

It's kinda funny that the OPs' first picture shows a bunch of disorganized cords out in the open under the desk, yet you open up the case and hidden away are cables that are all beautiful and perfect.

I'd love to see some good cable management recommendations outside the box.

Here's my attempt at cable management:

Rather than procrastinating till I get to do the window and the blowhole and till I sleeve all the cables (which might take another couple of years at the current course and speed) I decided to put everything together ... For now I stayed away from irreversible mods, so I just did a number of small things:
* removed the buzzer glued to the bottom of the case (mobo has one anyway)
* routed mobo aux power cable behind mobo
* routed front (exhaust) and rear (intake) fan power behind the mobo
* routed CPU fan power behind the mobo (the thinner sleeved cable in the "back of mobo tray" picture) -- it's connected to 12V, since Noctua fan is inaudible even at full speed
* installed C-02B CD/DVD bezel
* replaced stock grille on the intake (rear) fan with a fine-mesh removable/washable one (I think it restricts ariflow a bit more, but I'll take that over insane amounts of dust in the case)
* removed internal grille on the intake (rear) fan
* stuffed 5 HDDs into the case and tried not to create a cable mess

I thought that I had pretty good organization for my computer cables, but after seeing some of the awesome setups on here I'm thinking about redoing my setup.

Beautiful cable management. My Antec 900 doesnt have that much space and my MoBo really gets in way, so my cables all over the place.

I finally took the time to take pics of my Cosmo S system - I think I did a decent job on the wiring.

This is a 17 photo set which shows a lot of the interior and how I concealed the wiring - it also shows the lighting and I tried to document what is in each picture.
