Cable Modem Upload tips and tricks????

I have seen alot of tips and tricks to speed up cable modem download speeds and general Internet activity but does any one know of any tips or tricks to speed up uploading??
I'm running Win ME

try Download accelerator plus, its free off of tucows and its not too bad for downloading files.

For the most part, upload speeds are a function of the provisioning(programming) of the cable modem by the ISP. To make it go faster you have to pay them more money.

There are many cablemodem uplode speed hacks that "unlock" you uplode speed. You might wanna look around for some.

I've tried all those hacks and none of it work. And there's nothing that you can do about it.

It is most impossible (esp with DOCSIS). I don't mind the upload cap... my area needs it. I know some little sh!ts are running servers around me. I want high downloads anyway. If you want upload and want to run a server go pay for that sh!t and don't tie up my mofo'n node.
