Cable on ATI AIW Pro

Are there any software decoders for digital cable that can be used with the ATI AIW Pro video card?
Also looking for software that allows the tv tuner to function on a Linux box. Does anyone know
where would be a good place to find these software?

At least for Linux TV tuner software.

I highly doubt that there is software for digital cable.
