Seems to me the playing field is tilted against religion.

why is it ok for one business to block religion, but not ok for a religious business owner to stand by his or her beliefs?

When does a company get to censor rights?

Regardless if it is religious rights, or gun rights, isn't censorship still censorship?

I think you meant to put "Cake company was forced to bake a cake for same-sex marriage". Since marriage is just a contract to get benefits from the government, and clearly has no connection to human sexuality, there is no reason that 2 straight dudes couldn't get same-sex married.

on one hand it think refusing to not make a cake on grounds they are gay is fucking idiotic.

Though i think the couple that sued them are assholes. they had many other bakery's they could go to but chose this one and sued over it. just move on to another baker and get the damn cake made. but not they chose this for a "point'

first and last time I'll respond to you, but the gist of the reason was for the refusal of service due to a GAY couple requesting a wedding cake for a GAY marriage, and to quote the judge on this

“The undisputed facts show that Respondents (Phillips) discriminated against Complainants because of their sexual orientation by refusing to sell them a wedding cake for their same-sex marriage,” Spencer wrote.

Its not irrelevant at all.

If 2 straight dudes can get married just like 2 gay dudes then there cannot be discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation if the baker refuses to bake cakes for both weddings.

This should be immediately obvious to anyone who isn't interested in ramming a gay agenda down everyone's throat.
