So I had a client call into tech support today having this weird issue. He can send out calendar invites using Outlook 2003 without a problem. However, when someone sends him a calendar invitation, all he gets is a text e-mail, no calendar appointment.
I checked to make sure that all the people in his office are using Outlook 2003 and have send as HTML/rich-text enabled. Still no luck in getting Outlook invites to him as actual calendar invite.
I've racked my brain and have tried to fix the problem, but can't seem to find a solution. Is there anyone here who can shed some light on this?
Both pop3 and smtp are the same with a user name and password allowing access to the e-mail server. He can get e-mail without a problem. Only issue is receiving calendar invites as invites and not text.
