2: Hell no, what Americans sing for their country is not racist.
3: Going after the anthem is how one makes people hate them, regardless of anything else.

Go ahead, replace it with America the beautiful, didn't know you so called (separation of church and state) liberals wanted to use a christian song that glorifies God (you know that guy in the sky you tell everyone is no more real than Santa Claus or the tooth fairy) as the national anthem.

He's no more real than Santa Claus, but I am not allergic to the word "God" in every context. It's a word.

Unlike "In God We Trust," or "Nation, Under God" which are government declarations of a national religious belief, "God shed His grace on thee","God mend thine every flaw","May God thy gold refine" are not establishing religion, and don't actually require believing in a supernatural God. They are basically just alternative ways of saying "Good luck."
Just like "Merry Christmas" is really saying "Happy Holidays", not "be happy Jesus was born." "Happy Halloween" means "have fun dressing up and eating candy", not "cheerfully remember dead martyrs and saints." "Happy Mardi Gras" means "hope you see some boobies," not "get ready to fast and repent for Jesus."
