I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that:
A: the OP isn't using his pool as his drinking water source
B: the OP isn't using enough PVC in a PONG TABLE to account for much, if any leaching
Also, this is important:
the lead doesn't leach out of the PVC itself, but can change the pH of the water to encourage leaching from the lead containing brass fittings that are in most faucets. Since the OP is just using PVC, and water isn't flowing through it and a connected brass fitting, your concern is misguided and ill-informed.
