Yep, that's my biggest complaint. In previous games, the early weapons were just as good as the later ones. In BO, it's clearly not the case. The weapons with few exceptions just get better and better as you progress. On top of that, it takes a really long time to unlock pro perks, which gives higher level players yet another advantage.

None of it is game breaking, you can still play at lower levels just fine, but a disadvantage is a disadvantage any way you slice it. I hope this isn't the way the games will be balanced from now.

I got most of my pro perks unlocked by lvl 20 at the latest, and one of the first guns you get is one of the best IMO, the M16. Used it a ton in MW2 and in BO. I switch to Galil at 20 though.

so got an error tonight that i have never see before. Me and 2 RL buddies were together tearing shit up and tried to invite a 4th but he was never able to join. so he sent out invites and the 3 of us got the same error that said basically this

"your playlist is older then the hosts playlist, you have to reboot the PS3 or back out of the game and restart it"

however doing that didn't fix the issue

the hell is that all about. we haven't really had party issues in a long time

hell last night we had a full 6 party going

Me and my buddies have had that show up a few times before. All they had to do was exit out of MP and then join back in so it updated the playlist info.

I rarely use ghost, and ghost pro is irrelevant.

Ghost pro isn't irrelevant. It lets me shoot down huey's and hinds before they can do any damage. Also I;ve avoided rcxd's multiple times by just going prone and letting it drive past me.

heh i run Scav + SOH pro + either ninja or hacker pro, the only others i run in the first slot are Ghost pro (to shoot shit down as needed) and HL pro

I usually have SoH and/or Marathon Pro right around the 20 mark. I jumps straight into CTF for Marathon to get the awful 15 flag caps and go from there straight into Domination. I'd say usually between levels 20-24 is when i reach the pro mark for those two...and not much, if any more for Hardline.

Hardline pro can be done in a single match, ninja pro can be done by 20, warlord pro can be done by 20 easily. Second Chance I'm going to say can be done by 20, but I usually don't use it. The requirements are easy though.

Irrelevant? Not showing up on Blackbirds/choppers isn't exactly pointless in my mind. Granted, I very rarely use Ghost.

Running ghost just for that very rare chance the other time gets a blackbird or chopper is a really stupid thing to do. My sam turrets take out any choppers without me worrying about them anyway. Hardline pro means they never have any air support and I get lucky with dogs after 4 kills.

ghost also means you don't show up on the spy plane.

I don't bother getting hardline pro anymore because I don't use care packages. All they do is attract the other team, and it takes too long to find a safe place and wait for it to drop.

I think it does.

I run Ghost Pro (once i get it), SOH Pro, and marathon almost 100% of the time and it works well. I find myself dying much more when not using ghost since there's almost always spy planes in the air.

No, I don't level slow, just work on several perks. I'm on 7th prestige. The 26miles is usually the last thing to get in Marathon Pro as the 15 caps and 10 first kills come during CTF runs.

I had the same issue trying to join a guy a while back on Xbox. Haven't tried to join with him again, so can't say I can comment.

Why would you run Ghost only for those situations? You run ghost to avoid all spy planes, avoiding air support is just another perk.

Yeah, I've never known the official ruling on that. I'm nearing the end of my first prestige that I've not tried for Ghost Pro though, I think I shot down 4 aircraft and never even tried for a sentry.

There are never simultaneous kills other than with last stand. It doesn't make any sense.

I would never trade Warlord for SoH on my AK74u (with Rapid Fire). The grip is over rated anyway. I can burst fire well enough to do medium-long range. I just can't clear a full room with it anymore.

If you are just burst firing and not using any advantage an SMG might have, pointless to use the AK74. Might as well get the AK47.

Warlord is superior to SoH because dual mags let you reload fast enough and warlord pro gets you extra grenades.

I have had simultaneous kills without last stand. I also saw a final killcam without a final death the other day because I think last stand is bugged.

Yes, there are - I have simultaneous kills happen every other day or so.

I'd love to see what you guys are talking about because I've never had that happen to me w/o last stand being involved.

It happens several times a day with last stand, especially when you're right up close to someone.

Also, I'm not talking about using grenades or noob tubes or anything, just bullets. The likelyhood of simultaneous bullet kills is so astronomically improbable it's ridiculous.

I run SAM turrets to take out all spy planes, choppers, and care packages. Using hardline instead of ghost means I get my stuff earlier and more often.
