Yeah, I just went back to it after a long break. I am also horrible. The g11 is still awesome, one of my favourites. Although I generally play hard core so I don't worry about under-powered guns often. I don't generally play with many automatics (in HC I prefer the precision guns like the FAL or the M16).

No, the Mac11 has always been a closet beast mode of a weapon, absolutely ridiculous when used correctly. It's still not very popular though, everyone chooses the AK74U over it.

Very few of the weapons have been tweaked (and most were minuscule tweaks), but if it's been that long since you've played you're probably just not used to it.

If you still have that silly PS3 version you need to trade it off for the 360 copy and come play with me, Shark, and the AVS crew, they still miss you!

I hate the mac11, I don't like the iron sites and you only get 80 bullets with a 20 round clip, which is horrible.

1) K/d ratio has dropped a bit due to screwing around with various custom classes out of boredom. Currently sitting around 2.60
2) I think it's around 2.21 or so

There is rampant cheating on the PS3 version of the game now. Been in some games where chopper after chopper was called. An entire team had kills in the triple digits (or close to the entire team) and deaths in the single digits.

I'm with Buc, my KDR has fallen as I started playing the game MUCH more casually.

1) At it's peak it was 2.20, now it's 2.10
2) At it's peak it was 3.25, now it's around 2.90
3) I'd have to look, I think around 35 games or so.

Should've asked score per minute as well, which I think is the best indicator when combined with K/D. Anyways mine is 272. I have a guy on my friend's list who is a 2.80 K/D and a 1.80 SPM, because he just camps the whole time.

Nah, my streak actually ended on some bullshit issue where the game crashed when we were winning. Somehow or another the other team dashboarding or something of that nature caused me to get a loss.

I would hate myself forever if I let you kabob me.

I wanted to get it at least to 100 so i'm happy with it.

I haven't forgotten the time you shot down my chopper gunner in .6 seconds on Cracked. I have my bayonet waiting for you in gears or war3 buc.

Wow, didn't realize me totally dominating your chopper had such a lasting effect on you, haha. I don't use the Strela anymore so come on and play with me and I'll stick you with my new toy - the crossbow

Not sure how much I'll be into GOW3 though after playing the beta but I will buy it and try it. MW3/BF3 definitely though.

if it was the 2nd half od a demo match i doubt it was cheating, people just save everything for round 2, and if you were playing against a group that knew what they were doing its pretty easy to span camp and pull off

Kabob can pretty much carry the team if you can actually get him to play...

Well, for the first time in months I played team deathmatch (not pure). I had not even unlocked any perks or weapon attachments since I last prestiged. It was gruesome... until I remembered my all time favorite rifle for the first umpteen months of playing. The M14. Tossed my scope and forward assist on it and fell in love again.

Hey guys, I need some feedback on your thoughts about the Escalation expansion pack. Is it worth getting? My friend got the first expansion and he immediately uninstalled it. He said the maps were terrible. I heard the same from others. I don't want to waste my money ... so is Escalation a must have or not?

The new maps are of the same general quality and style as the stock and first expansion. If he didn't like those, he won't like these.

I like them more than the first pack but they do have a very similar feel. Treyarch maps definitely feel different than IW maps.
