WTF you can't name a class "assault" because of profanity?

edit: Also wtf, there's 10 sensitivity settings?! I assumed there was only 3 cause it started me on 2 and I went down to 1 and I've been using that ever since. How can people play with such high sensitivity? I just tap the stick and it flies around the screen when I use 2.

My first class is named assault, not sure what your issue is. Nobody else can see your class names so profanity shouldn't matter, sounds like you have parental controls on.

I'm not finding any SMG's to be the power house that the UMP was in MW2. Sticking to the FAMAS for now.

I tried to name my first custom class "Assault - M16" and was told it was profane and not allowed.

EDIT: On a side note, I switched over to the AK47u with silencer and Ghost. I'm hovering right at 1:1 but not getting completely blown out like yesterday.

tried inviting ya a couple times but you were just sitting at the menu so probably afk. i dont have a headset but o well. be on for another ~2 hours if you want to hop back on at all

You're right, it shouldn't matter... but it does. If you try to use the word "assault" (not the default class btw) it won't let you for profanity reasons. More specifically, it says "ass" in it.

There's no challenge for it, but I'm pretty certain I tripped an RC car with a decoy I threw. I'll have to remember to check the game out in the theater before it gets erased.

Are you on xbox or ps3? Because that's the only other difference I can think. Like I said, my main class is called assault.

Well there you have it folks. Clearly it's because PS3 is superior in every way to the Xbox. Glad that argument is over finally.

I'm not sure if it's the game or the PS3 I can't stand but everytime I play Zombies I want to kill myself. First off NO ONE has a fucking mic so there's absolutely zero communication on WTF to do. Second EVERYONE I play with is a fucking idiot. I rarely get past level 5 in Zombies and I remember it being a lot better in World at War when playing online with my cousin's 360 since everyone had a mic.

Spent alot of time with the game over the past two days...by FAR the biggest issue is the lobby system. It's absolutely atrocious. I understand that it's a launch and there are alot of people playing, but I have NEVER had issues like these on a 360 game, even with the terrible Gears of War 2 setup. I bet half my time is spent trying to get INTO a game with my party...so frusterating.

I am enjoying the game alot, there's a few issues I still have but it's fun. My KDR is terrible compared to MW2 simply because I cannot seem to slow down and take it at a slow pace, I am still trying to run and gun which is getting me slaughtered. But in the end who cares, I had more fun being cannon fodder trying to capture the "B" flag on Nuke Town than I have in a while, good stuff.

I had a hilarious death yesterday: On Nuketown, guy threw a Tomahawk at me and missed by a hair (I literally saw it go whizzing by my face). Started shooting at him and killed him. In the meantime, the Tomahawk bounces off a shed behind me and lodges itself between my shoulder blades.

That chart makes my head hurt I normally just use whatever gun feels right, never really thought much about the actual damage specifics. My favorite guns so far are the Galil, AK-47, FN FAL, AUG, Stoner63 (love this one) and AK-74u.

I had an awesome match yesterday on Nuketown in Domination as well. I went 53-8, partly because a teammate had a care package come in and they got killed just before it landed. It was in the middle of the map beside the school bus and it was a chopper gunner. Wasn't going to leave that sitting there. I managed to get 19 kills with it since there's nowhere to run on that map.

In this Call of Duty, you'll do fine using whatever gun feels right. They made them all a lot more balanced than MW2.

Zombie mode=friends, that is the only time i play it, its pointless with randoms.
