Yes. I play it now and again at a friend's house (he bought a couple pallets of PS4s and XB1s to resell, and ended up keeping a couple of XB1s after losing $$ on them). Even with 75mbit FIOS, the netcode is extremely mediocre.
COD fans should be happy though, as this release was CLEARLY a bridge too far in extending fossilized technology with a new paper-thin coat of paint and trying to pass it off as a competitive title. With a franchise THIS valuable, there's absolutely no question that the next release will be a true leap forward. The appearance of Titanfall to pretty much eat their lunch on 360/XB1 means that they can't afford another lazy uninspired rehash.
If I were a betting man, I'd put the odds at the next COD approaching COD4 levels of win at a pretty high level if they do it right. Ghosts was insultingly terrible, and the sales of it are an embarrassment to the franchise. Whatever follows can and should be epic.
