First of all, a female rabbit will pull its own hair out to make a soft nest for the babies. (hence the hair)
Secondly, now that you've handled the babies, there's a pretty good chance that the mother, if still alive, won't accept them. Depends on the particular rabbit and how many litters she's had in the past.
If you decide that you're going to use the eye dropper to feed them and keep them alive, don't. That's more likely to be far more cruel than simple euthanasia... Those bunnies look like they're no more than 3 days old, possibly younger.
I raise rabbits... (although, I'm getting out of it - too much trouble, plus my wife won't let me eat them, which is weird since Ophelia, our former pig, is taking up half of our freezer.) Sometimes a new mother (first litter) won't nurse her babies. When that happens, every rabbit breeder I've met has told me the same thing: feeding the babies with an eye dropper has a high failure rate, particularly for people who've never done it before. Ultimately you end up prolonging their inevitable deaths and causing them needless suffering.
Best thing to do would have been to leave them. You can try to see if the mother will take them back. If she doesn't, then the nicest thing you can do for them is get a bucket of body temperature water, and put the babies in the water (to drown them.) They'll just crawl around on the bottom peacefully until they drown. (been there, done that.)
I don't mean to sound callous, but it's really not worth the efforts to keep them alive. If you do something that results in a happier outcome, I'd love to hear back from you. Good luck.

Aww, poor little bunnies Did you look around the area for the mother?
Please don't let your dog go around the nest, don't want them to be hurt.
