nice speakers!!~!! ijust got them in the mail on friday and opneed them up on sunday when i got back!~!! these bass kiss ass!!~!! good buy!!~!! and high quality!!~!! no magentic shielding problmes like with the old PC1000s from creative.. and the power button is on the volume nob! =) great idea!!

I foudn the perfect place to put the volume I attached the volume knob thing underneath the desk, right below my mouse pad, so I can be controlling my mouse and switch to the volume turner in less then a second. I love this thing

mine was actually happy that I got these instead of the $130 Altec Lansing 2100s I was looking at. These better be good.

Rant: Ordered these on Friday using Airborn Express overnight...still not here on Monday.

I set mine up on Friday too, but I put my volume switch under my desk on the opposite side of my mouse so that I can keep mousin' while I adjust the volume Also attached the speakers to the part of my desk that goes above my monitor, so now I don't have speakers cluttering my desktop... I'm still amazed at the frequency response of these flat panels - I did find one frequency that they don't handle well, but I eq'd that out and they're working awesome!

These thing rock for $30. Not as good as my klipsch. but were talking solid sound quality at $30. excellent bang for buck on this one.

Perfect gift for my brother's birthday coming up.

Thank you SOOO much for this post! Got my speakers today, and I love them! Incredible sound for only $30. Not sure where I am going to put the volume control yet, but that is the least of my worries at this point. For those of you that are still considering this purchase, it is FLAMING HOT! Well worth the $30 you will spend!

No problem. I've been a huge Cambridge Soundworks fan for years. Their products are extremely well made, sound great, cut the hype, and are 1/4-1/2 the price of their competetors (Bose). My computer has had CS speakers for years, and my home theater currently has their Movieworks 308 package (which sounds incredible). I just like spreading the word

"Can you turn the bass up a little, I can barely hear myself think" - a nice quote from my boss this morning as I set it up and barely had it cranked up at all! Imagine these beauties to some real bass tunes and upped a little!? These things ROCK!!! Only complaint is that they don't have a headphones jack, but I just went to BB and got a Y adapter and hooked up both my headphones and my new speakers to my sound card. Works great since also have a volume control on my headphones themselves! Sweet!

u shoudl've upgraded to overnight shipping

I ordered it friday at 11:20 eastern and got it the next day at 3:00 easter. I live in california so they had sales tax. Ground/2nd day shipping total came out to 38$, overnight came out to 40$, so i went with it
