So if you are a one pump type of guy in situations like this then a starting temp of 87 is just fine with a safety factor built in. If it takes you a bit longer or you need some romance then you wouldn't want anything under 89 degrees as it gives you plenty of time as well as a safety factor. You taught me that the absolute best are the ones that are "fresh" and at 92 degrees because you have all kinds of time to wine, dine, 69, or whatever your preference is.
