Can anyone help me out? My x850 xt gets 4543 3dmarks in 05

With that voltage it is probalbly a little to do with the PSU. Additionally to get a really accurate measurement you need to use an oscilliscope. Im betting you are having voltage spikes all over the place. I wouldn't get the Tagan. Tagan's are nice, however the TruePower 2.0's are a much better bang for your buck. OCZ, PCP&C, Zippy, and the higher end Seasonic's are all out of your price range so the Antec is the only real choice.

Alright, ill check some of the Truepower psu on newegg. Oh and before i go and buy a new psu, do you think that updating my bios would do the trick? Do you NEED a floppy to do that? Is there anyother way to update my BIOS? Since i cant really find any floppys anywhere...guess ill get some off newegg with a psu...

Ive asked some other people , and they suggested that i update my BIOS and that would fix it. Well im not really too sure on HOW to do this...i just put the new .bin on a floppy and boot from it, right?

If thats not the problem, anyone else think they might know what's wrong? Thanks

Try the new catalyst 5.6 or 5.7

they are great, the boost my score up to 6100+ at 3dmark05. I don't try the tweak versions at all, usually they can cause problems (of course they are tweaked)

And also a good psu is also important.

Hope you haven't already purchased a PSU. If you want to stay within that budget and still get a quality PSU. Look into Aspire. They're aren't as well know for PSUs, but many people have been very successful with their overclocks using particularly the 520W Aspire.
