Can anyone sign up for technet?

Can someone try to sign up for a technet subscription and see if it lets you through to enter payment information? Every time I try to buy a subscription I get to where I sign in with my live account and it goes to an infinite loop of validating my account. I only have a few days before this 20% discount expires.

Thanks for anyone who can verify this or get it working on their end.

It's working for me. No loop, straight to payment details after Live login. Using Firefox on Windows 7.

I've tried it with 2 different live accounts on 3 different computers, 3 browsers on one computer, 2 on another. All do the same thing... weird.
