Can beer go bad?

Both of those beers are pasteurized, and while they can skunk and develop off-flavors, they can't go 'bad'

If you're desperate just drink them and hold your nose, but in any case they won't make you physically ill.

any fermented beverage that you can raise to your lips has not developed any bacterial infections that will harm you, and any bottled beer that has been pasteurized is safe to drink forever... Despite the fact that it may taste terrible.

Beer does go bad, but thats a matter of how it tastes and the particular beer. I don't know about safety, but I've tried to drink "leftover" beer that months out of date, and one taste told me DON'T DRINK THIS!!!!!
