can explain what is wrong with my memory?

I've this NEC Versa E400 notebook, which is using a SiS 650 chipset, so most likely its the onboard gfx & have 32MB memory, but when I see in my system properties tab, the notebook reflect only 352MB of ram, so basically how much ram is on this notebook? Thank you.

It likely has a total of 384MB (3x128MB) of RAM, however 32MB of that is being used by the gfx processor (which is likely setup in the BIOS).
