Can I get above 140+ FPS by using the 1080p lowest settings with i5-3470 and GTX 1050?

Here's my spec:

• CPU: i5-3470

• RAM: 2x 4GB DDR3

• Storage: 7.2K RPM

• Monitor: 1080p 60Hz
  
  I'm planning to buy a new graphics card that is Gigabyte GTX 1050 D5 2G for playing Overwatch with my limited budget. Here's the link: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=.... Can I get above 140+ FPS by using the 1080p lowest settings with 100% render scale?

A 1050 will get like 80-90 fps on average at higher settings, so probably at low. You'll be CPU limited though more than GPU at low settings.

I can't say anything about Overwatch, but my experience with Battlefield 3 1920×1080 low settings using Intel Core i7-2600 (3.5-3.8 GHz Turbo), DDR3-1333 9-9-9 2-channel, and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 says pushing > 144 fps needs a decent CPU (and probably memory).

Performance will be determined mostly by your CPU.
