Yes, you can, but they charge you for the new kit until they receive your RMA kit in return. Back when kits were $300-500 for 2GB cross-ship charge was a bit harsh but they're probably $100-$150 max now. They're also *extremely* fast with their RMA and ship either overnight or 2nd day. They also credited me within one business day of receiving my RMA'd kit. Crucial RMA is top-notch for sure, even upgraded my DDR2-1000 kit to DDR2-1066 for free.
