Dodge rams don't have the ability to go around obstacles? Good to know.I was in my friend's Dodge Ram 3500 one night, and we were at a stop light behind a Nissan Maxima. The light turned green, the guy didn't go. My friend honked a couple times. The light turned back to red. About this time we notice it looks like the passenger is giving the driver head. My friend shouts out the window "MOVE FUCKER!" They extend their left hand out their window and hold up the middle finger. The light turns green, and my friend puts the truck into 1st gear and just slams into the Maxima, pushing it forward about 40 feet and off into the ditch on the right side of the road. Then we just drove off. He had one of those giant frame mounted grill guards, so there was no damage. I was laughing my ass off the whole time.
He didn't sued. In fact, there wasn't even any police or paramedic involvement. I wonder if that guy finished getting his blowjob...

Also I didn't even ask for the help from my girlfriend but since the accident was a block away from the precinct, she came to see what happened and immediately called her supervisor. The supervisor wanted to see the report to see if he can help me.
Also I have been driving for over a year and a half with a clean slate and this is my first ever accident. I don't drive recklessly and I beleive that there mistakes made on both sides. if there was car damage or medical injury I wouldn't mind her calling the cops and I would have nothing against her but this woman saw there was no damage to either of us and our cars yet still escalated the situation.
I just don't want her to pocket the money even though it seems like that's what she is trying to do. I don't care if she uses it for medical purposes caused by the accident, her car has no damage so I doubt she can claim that.

Of course I have insurance but I still don't wanna get sued, the insurance company is going to raise their rates on me then :-/ .
