Can I make XP boot automatically into the OS without typing in my password??

I need my server to boot up automatically without requiring me to enter my user password since the machine is headless. I use Remote Desktop to control the machine but this will not work until you have actually logged on as a user. I am currently using VNC (running as a service) on my server so I can access the server to log on. Once I have the machine up and running I use RD because I like it better and it is a lot faster. Is there a way to get the server to automatically log on without having to type the password?

Goto user accounts under control panels and then "change the way users log on or off" and then check "use welcome screen" and also "fast user switching"

Thanks for the info but I just tried this and it does not work. Now it just shows the older style logon box but you still have to type in the password. Any other ideas?

Did you remove the password from your user account?

If I remove the password from the user account I can't connect to the server with Remote Desktop. I tried it and the only time RD will connect is if there is a password on the user.

you can use tweakUI in the xp powertoys to get the machine to auto login with a certain username/pwd combo.
