Should be fine. The main difference is they probably have more iron. I take about 3000iu of d3 a day and that is probably way more than those vitamins have.

it's actually a health concern that so many people eat vitamins, many people here in Denmark eat a perfectly healthy and varied diet that gives them all they need but then top it off with unnecessary and sometimes unhealthy doses of vitamins.

The nutrient levels in food is lower than in the past due to soil depletion. It's difficult to get all of your vitamins and minerals just from diet.
