I take vitamins that are low dose and require 2+ pills a serving. then I only take 1 multi vitamin pill a day.

Sadly, there is a large group of people who simply don't like to eat and don't enjoy the social aspects of dining. In fact, they find the social interaction to be stressful. If they could take a pill that met all of their nutritional needs and kept them from being hungry, they'd never eat again. I'm not even sure they're human.
