Using the built in GPU, not really.

Thats at 1024x768. At 720 it drops below those rates. Although it is way faster than Intel's integrated GPU.

But you really want a dedicated GPU for a game like that.

EDIT: I misread the resolution. You will get better performance (25%+) than what the graph above shows.

Based on that you can expect around 30 fps on "performance" setting so it's probably reasonably playable on low settings. There are likely to be better and cheaper options though.

I had in my head that was 1024x768, not 1280x1024. But even then its a 25% difference, not 40% assuming its 1366x768, which is the actual res monitors use in most cases. Unless he is using an actual 720P TV.

More or less. Average probably will be above 30s. If you can play CoH on it, you will play any AAA game on it.

I think those Anand benchmarks were single player. Multiplayer would be more demanding.

The other thing is if you look at the minimums in the Anand test, they are absolutely terrible. Too bad they tested at 1280 x 1024 instead of 720, but I doubt it would be a smooth experience even at 720p.

Edit: Really a very demanding game for graphics that are not that impressive.
