Can not access Heatware - Anandtech related

Hello! Looking for assistance with forgotten password and lost access to my Heatware e-mail account as I have been out of the scene for awhile. I've tried contacting heat23 here as stated on the Heatware "Contact Us" page with no response to two PMs over a week's time. I've already got 2-3 folks for which I need to leave Heat. Thank you.

Sorry you can't contact him via PM but we have nothing to do with heatware issues. Have you tried emailing him? See this thread for additional info.

Thank you. I fully understand that Anandtech and Heatware are independent entities, but my thought process was that one of the administrators here might have a more direct contact method. I will e-mail heat23 and see where that gets me.
