I haven't experienced any bugs, its only as boring as you make it, at least it has vehicles and even if there isnt any left just wait and spawn at a point or join a squad and spawn on one of them. Winning games isnt a big deal in BC2 its nowhere near as crushing to lose in an FPS as it is in say league of legends.

You say "dipshit random teammates" but it sounds like its you that's at fault when you cant even figure out how to spawn on a squadmember or a capped point etc and run all the way across the map yourself instead.

From what ive seen BF3 will be an improved BC2 which is already awesome, MW3 will be an improved BLOPS or MW2... big whoop those games were okay but they're not in the same league as battlefield.



Its the same lousy engine they rehash, the bad company 2 engine is already better and BF3 uses an even newer version of it. To put it simple CoD is BF3 for noobs or people who don't want to think too much, point, shoot, run, nothing more too it than that. CoD used to be good but they've milked it dry and run it into the ground.

who cares if it has a new engine or updated graphics or some destructable buildings (not terrain, because you can't blow holes in the ground, destroy trees, etc)? The game play is exactly the same from BF2, BF2142, to BC2, and I bet BF3. I played all of those games except BF3 - nothing changed except graphics and some destructable buildings. as i said, yuo can polish a turd but it's still a turd.

It's your insistence on calling BF a turd that gets you troll status. I'd say the same thing about people calling all MW games turds. They're different strokes for different folks. Although given what I've read about the console BF games, I honestly think those must have been fairly bad.

you guys have to be trolling. this is the basis of my whole complaint. how you can sit there and say the cod games a re a re-hash of previous ones and say bf3 is new just blows my mind. they're doing the same shit they always did, just in a prettier package.

we have tons of threads about how graphics don't make the game and then we see bs like this. if you like the game, fine, but to say it's not the same rehashed shit is just bullshit and hypocritical.

Everybody knows that if you just wait extra long and release games randomly it's a sequel, but anybody that does it on a schedule is just a rehash. That seems to be the logic I'm seeing. The complaint is that CoD hasn't used a new engine in 4-5 years. Of course if you look at the BF series that's also true (because apparently the BC games don't count for some reason).

Sounds like BF isn't your cup of tea. I love the whole system of controlling spawn points and pushing the action. It also puts a big emphasis on not dying, lol. I'm on the other side of the fence on this one, if there is literally zero penalty for the enemy that I just killed, they respawn instantly whereever they want, then I think that game sucks. I like huge rewards for being really good, and huge penalties for failure.

Some of the most fun bar none I've ever had with any MP shooter was in the OLTL (one life) RTCW games, where each player had zero respawns during the match. It forced tight co-operation for each team, and the various classes had to work closely together. Getting killed might mean watching the action in holding while waiting for the next match, but it made things a lot more intense. It attracted the best players, as the weaker ones would drop out quickly.

All of this proves nothing though, other than that different games please different people.

It depends on what type of play style you like. MW 3 is so different from BF 3 in the way it plays. It is almost pointless to compare them directly. It is like comparing apples to banannas.

BF 3 is mostly objective based and not so much focused on the killing. MW 3 tends to focus on the killing more and is a more personal in-your-face style game with smaller maps and less players on the map.

BF 3 is like an entire battlefield simulation game where as MW 3 only focuses on a special operation that may not necessarly be part of the main battle.

By killing players in BF 3 it is a way to move closer to the objective of the entire game. MW 3 will be like killing is the end in of itself.

The frostbyte 2 engine is far more superior if u have the hardware to support it.

Also the BF3 genre is much stronger then the CoD crowd because of how badly they failed MW2.

All in All, BF series havent really let people down.
The only complaints ive heard is about 2143 which i think is pretty fun to play due to the advance vehicles.

In all, BF3 all the way.....

MW3 has smaller maps and is an arcade style run and gun type of game. The matches are shorter and high action with a focus of being a lone wolf.

BF3 has larger maps with all kinds of vehicles that simulates an all out war. The matches are longer and focuses on teamwork.

IMO, BF3 is the game to get.

I just finished Resistance 3, now that was a refreshing FPS. But I'm sure your post is about what MP game to play and people tend to play the same ones over and over. Like McDonald's of gaming.
