Can this be done with KVM switches?

Right now, I have a Linksys 2-port KVM switch. My new Gateway 6400 server is arriving tomorrow, so I will have 3 computers in my cramped computer corner...

Is it possible to connect another 2-port KVM switch in a daisy-chain fashion in order to switch between 3 computers? The Linksys switch allows you to switch systems using a double Ctrl-key tap or a toggle button on the switch itself... using the Ctrl-key might be off-limits, but I'm hopeful that I can use the toggle buttons??

The reason why I'm asking is because the 2-port switch kit (with cables) is only $55... That's a lot cheaper than buying a 4-port switch ($80) along with an extra KVM cable ($20).

But why use a switch to control a server??? There are so many remote alternatives to use instead like Terminal services, VNC, Remote anything, PC-anywhere and so on. Using this software are quite hazzle-free and gives the opportunity of skipping all switches, cables and so on. Usually, desks are filled up with cables as it is even without switches... And even with good switches you will get some degradation of the image quality like ghosting e.t.c. So my advice is:
Sell out your switch and go remote!

that would probably be the best ideal...
Im not sure if it would work, but you might come out with around the same price if you sell your old KVM and then buy the 4 port one.

I think it depends on your KVM switch. I know some can do this, but you may want to check on your exact model number to be sure.

because before the server is set up to even allow terminal services, you would have to have a keyboard mouse and monitor hooked up to it. its much easier with a kvm than to keep switching the mointors and keyboard and mouse every ten minutes when you wanna make sure it works, and oops forgot something, now i have to switch it back again...phewy! i just ordered the linksys 2port switch from amazon so i can do the exact same thing, see my server and normal pc without any hassles.
