No. There was a open and fully advertised and announced amnesty process. Remember?

Those banned members who applied for reinstatement were, in almost all cases, accepted back in.

Those banned members who did not apply for amnesty didn't receive it.

They remain banned and must still apply for and receive this amnesty. They cannot just come back secretly under an illegal second account and post with impunity and brag about it.

Trust me, it was more than just that. He posts his apology from back then which was a crock of shit. He deliberately manipulated others and used his position to silence those who were on to him which was why he was banned. No this farcical BS about NWM wouldn't have been enough to ban him, it was the damage he did as a Mod, the abuse of his power as a Mod that caused him to be ostracized from the community and sent packing for many years.
