It took two whole min to google the color codes hehe.

the rest leading up to wires was easy.

I went into paint and just used the edit color ratio. It is just the RGB ratio, but I got it wrong. I put it on the wrong colors and got black/blue.

There is actually a key to the second puzzle other than trial and error. Not sure about the first puzzle.
