Haha, you couldn't figure it out. I survived with 2 minutes left....took me a while to see the damn pattern in the second puzzle.

Binary is extremely simple. It's all powers of 2. It comes more easily to those in the computer field I guess.
1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, 16384, 32768, 65536, 131072, 262144, 524288, 1048576
These numbers look familiar yes?
So if you need 1111, you can't start with 2048, you obviously have to start with 1024 and then add from there. It's even easier when the puzzle does the addition for you.
