My neighbour (who stays one floor above me) and me share the basement of our house. She has a pet snake (black n white.. dunno what kind) which someone gifter her. She feeds it white lab rats almost everyday and the basement smells like sh!t because of all the rat carcass the snake spits out.

I requested her so many times about this issue, but she does not listen to me. So, this is my plan. I have some pesticide for mice with me. I was planning to feed the mice this pesticide and then feed that mice to the snake...But here is my question. Would the poison in the rats body kill the snake (since snakes already have some poison in their body).

Very old thread revived by noob.

no, since snakes have venom, they are immune to all poisons. If they weren't, they'd die from their own poison as soon as they were born.

First, she is a very inconsiderate neighbor. Have you contacted your landlord about the issue or public health officials?

Second, you killing the snake that way would be the wrong way to solve the problem and could get you in trouble.

They are immune to their own venom, not all poisons.

Don't kill the snake you fool - call the landlord.

Nope.. havent done that.
Well, technically, I am not killing the snake.. I am just killing the rat. If the snake eats the rat, it is not my problem.

Actually, it's a little known fact that jesus often killed snakes in case the talking one that got eve in trouble was still about:
from luke, 16:12 "...and jesus slayed the michievous legless beasty. He grabbed the holy shovel and sliced thy fvcker's head off."

actually, no. Ancestors of constrictors were poisonous, so all snakes have genes in them that protect them. Check out this article about it.
