Can you recommend a good book on what going on at Disney behind the scenes?

I was reading this article and I remembered my wife talking about all the crazy things that happen at Disney (example, it is not possible to die on Disney property, Disney is exempt from certain taxes). Some are probably rumor, but I'd like to know more. Is there a book or site that gives information about this?

It is entirely possible to die on Disney property. In certain areas, though, they have ambulance/fire departments built on property due to the sheer size of the land they own (in Disney World, Orlando anyway).
