Can you see anything wrong with this system?

I'm building about 50 systems for a client so I want to make sure I don't miss anything. We're looking to make the most stable and reliable system that we can for the least amount of money. It has to be micro ATX because they want a small footprint. I would have liked to have sold an AMD system, but I couldn't find any AMD micro ATX mobos from the companies that I would trust (mainly Asus). I think my main concern is that I have a big enough power supply. Is 180 W enough? Please let me know what you think.

Also does anyone know what the warranty period is for MSI Video cards and MS KB and Mouse?

What do you mean by tier one? Compaq or HP?

I don't know if 180 watts is enough, you would be much better with 250 watts. For your reliability concern, I have to say Dude get a Dell !
That way you'll have a warranty and a super quiet system and on top of that, peace of mind.

Well, This client came to us and asked for a white box. I've built quite a few PCs and never had any problems with reliability. I've repaired plenty of HPs and Compaqs and don't like them at all. They use cheap parts and cut corners anywhere they can. Dell seems to do a pretty good job, but it's not a product that we can resell. Does anyone have any other thoughts on the machine or any problems you can foresee? I'll look into getting a bigger PS.

Yeah, 180 Watts should be enough. Is that a GF3 card in there? Why?

They want to be able to do some video editing and output the display to a TV. Ya it might be a little overkill. I didn't really want to put in an ATI because I've had a few problems with thier drivers and from some of the posts i've read ATI really hasn't fixed thier problems.

All I can see is a power issue. For the rest go oldschool; build up a test box with all the components, optimise, and burn it in for a week. This is the safest route! Good Luck!
