I suspect that the "10%" claim is completely fallacious. At least with how the graphic is presented here. I mean, if there was a Time limit on discovering the error, I can see 90% failing.

What I think this might be is what some others already mentioned, Atmoic Playboy put best, Clickbait. I'm pretty sure the 10% is completely fabricated and likely never even tested, it is just there to make the Viewer feel special when they solve the puzzle. The sense of self-awesomeness will make them more likely to click the Link, for they are part of the Worthy!
