I used to be able to stand at the edge of the street on the curb and reach down and touch the street. But that's when I was taking Tae Kwon Do 3-4 times per week.

I can still touch my toes though and am hoping to start TKD up again next week.

No, never could. When I used to play soccer, my coach thought I wasn't trying when I stretched (the seated, one leg at a term variation) so he grabbed my arm and yanked it out past my foot...luckily my knee buckled or he could have torn something pretty bad
