Never was able to do this. I was also doing TaeKwonDo and was able to put both legs over my head.

Sorry. That's a digusting mental image of a GUY doing this...

That's odd. Biking is second only to running for the most inflexible athletes you'll find. It's a repetitive mechanic that has very little range of motion. AKA: does little for flexibility.

As for my answer: not even close. I'm strung very toit...toit like a tigah!

Hurts like hell, but I can pull it off and hold it for a few seconds. Now that my workout routine's restarted (delayed by Christmas) , should be easier in a few weeks.

Just finish running and in my pre-stretch I can put my palm to the ground.

i can't but my wife can (yoga) - isn't that all that matters??? for me years of neurological issues and spinal surgery have taken a toll - sadly i am in the worst shape of my life even though i try to do stuff to rectify it, even though i don't give up, sometimes mother nature has her own way for you....i would be the f*cked up water buffalo getting picked off by the lions for their dinner

Any activity that requires pre-stretching will make you more flexible eventually. Just do it everyday.

Yes. I can make a fist and put my knuckles to the ground with no problem. I might need to stretch a bit to get my palms to the deck.

LOL... along the same lines, I can put my whole fist in my mouth.

I've been doing yoga for a few months now and I can put my entire hand underneath my foot. I'm not sure how that will help me in life though.

On some days I need to get a little warmed up. But after some ballistic stretchig, it's easy. I can even palm the ground almost after deadlifting.

Yes, but not cold. I have to run a few miles to loosen up the muscles and tendons first.

I can within 5 inches. When I used to do pilates I was able to with no problem but after I quit the flexibility went quickly.

Yeah sure, after a few weeks of daily stretching, anyone will be able to do it.
