TORONTO (CP) - The effects of Hurricane Katrina were felt at gasoline stations across Canada on Wednesday as weary motorists already struggling with high fuel prices faced increases of as much as 20 cents a litre from the day before.
On Wednesday, prices soared to about $1.20 a litre at some Toronto stations, a jump of about 20 cents.
