Canadian Mathematicians model Zombie Outbreak

This is the exact reason whenever someone coughs on the train I give them the shifty evil eye. It's because I'm pondering whether I need to kill them immediately to save us... To save us all.

Canadians know about Zombies all too well, being the only place where an Outbreak has ever occurred. Fortunately that Outbreak occurred in Toronto and it quickly fizzled out due to the lack of appropriate Zombie Food.

Well everyone laughed at me when I made my zombie suit but when the outbreak comes, I'll make millions. If you don't have a suit, try platemail, though then you'll be only as fast as the zombies so find a horse.

dude, you and your friends are dumbasses. Walmart can handle the first four of your steps to a zombie invasion. While you are running around from store to store you are more likely to get caught by some zombies, especially the fast ones. Just head to a Super Walmart - guns, ammo, food and a high roof that is easily accessible. And to think people rag on Walmart so.

Well much like Dawn of the Dead predicted, the zombie outbreak has already started on the south end of Milwaukee county. I encountered a lot of them on the ride in to work this morning. In fact, it seems like they have taken over management at my place of employment. Good thing I brought a shotgun to work today!

Wrong again, Washington D.C. It was a quick outbreak as no brains were found to be eaten, but somehow several of the zombies are still in congress.

It would be easy to avoid them where I live because all you would need to do is drive to the nearest highway and stay out of the left lane.

I'd just go sailing out to the ocean. Fish for my food.
Take massive amounts of vitamin C and water.

why not just hi-jack an aircraft carrier or container ship, bring some plants with you and grow it yourself? You could collect rain water, etc. etc.

I saw that too, but their model assumed that any given zombie would eventually reanimate. But that's just silly, how're they going to reanimate when they're missing a head? or in twenty pieces? Or a pile of ash?
