Sadly, no. There is very little coordination for anything in our healthcare system from a national level. Mostly, the feds throw up their hands saying "not our jurisdiction" since healthcare is provincially organized. However, palliative care is too important an issue for the federal government to ignore.

Trudeau has promised $3B for homecare and palliative care. We'll see if he follows through.
