has anyone here had any luck with buying from MLH Systems in Winnipeg? I'm in Toronto, in the market for a quadro 750xgl retail...and they seem to have the cheapest bet there...about 590CDN...or should i get it from compusa for 400USD??? which would be a better bet?

thanks in advance for any help, it is greatly appreciated

ATIC | http://www.atic.ca[/Q

Yes, just use them for pricematching with NCIX.com or A-power.com or Anitec.ca.....
Also, does A-power price match other stores such as Atic? I will be ordering an almost complete system form them within the next month and am obviously looking to save as much money as possible.

They currently have oem WD 8meg cache drives on "special" which makes it special if you can pricematch those to other more reliable stores with better customer service.

WD 80G 7200 8M.........$155
WD 120G 7200 8M.......$218
WD 180G 7200 8M.......$380
WD 200G 7200 8M.......$430

These are good prices in Canadian dollars and would be even better if they hold up during a PM.

Those prices are terrible. A-power has the 80GB for $119 and the 120GB for $165 and I think the 200GB for around $300.

That's right.

Because the post you quoted was originally posted on 03/05/2003 11:00 PM.

You know, March 5th. It's July now by the way. Prices have dropped a ton in the last 4 months. Ya gotta check your dates first. The huge difference in pricing should have been your first clue (i'm not trying to be a jerk btw).

As for Canadian Hot Deals forums the one that I go to and enjoy the most are the Forums at RedFlagDeals.

Additionally, check/search the threads that talk about BorderFree. You can score various items that can be much cheaper than what you can do in Canada. We're talking including all shipping, duties and taxes right to your door. Check the Canon G3 thread for example.

eskynet.

All in ON, I've had positive experiences with all.

That factory Direct is from Canada correct? Because they are selling a RETAIL 2000+ CPU and charging 31.95 for a possible 3yr warranty like AMD already offers right?

Factory Direct is a really shady store, and I would reccommend against shopping there. They tell you that you get a "warranty", but in reality all you get is service through their store that could take months. On top of that, alot of their refurbished stuff is actually used.

ICCT This is a decent store with "guaranteed lowest prices", so it's a good place to pricematch.
