MST3K!!
MST3K was uberbetter with the original guy (I don't remember his name...)
And that man's name was Joel Hodgson (Joel Robinson on the show). He created MST3K, but he never enjoyed acting the part, he was very relieved when Mike Nelson took over. Mike certainly played the part with a little more inspiration and livliness, but Joel definitely gave it a certain something.
I would love to see Mystery Science Theater 3000 back on the air... but I don't know how well it would do with today's audience. Their large cult fanbase could only carry them so far, and I'm not entirely sure most of the cast and crew would WANT to come back for it (most of them have moved on and are doing other things). MST3K chugged along for a good 10 seasons, but I really think it was meant to stop there. They certainly went out on a good note, though. Some very funny episodes near the end.
Along with MST3K I would also have to choose Futurama. A show that I think went out way too early for its time. Interesting to note there was a direct MST3K reference in an episode of Futurama (I think it was Raging Bender, but don't quote me on that).
