i've also seen the movie premieres in westwood. no big deals. saw The Mexican, Batman and Robin...X files.

and i saw gore when he came to Westwood to speak.
saw John McCain on UCLA speaking too.

went to prescreening of Armageddon. Say michael bay and bruckheimer there.

the BEST one yet:
It was the premiere of X-Files in Westwood. well, I went to check it out, and it was pretty dope because all the stars were there. after i left, i was milling around in the ucla dorms, and i ran into 2 of my friends (two HOT HOT girls). it turns out they convinced a few of the people at the premiere to give them their press passes. Mind you, these girls were HOT, so any guy would say yes. so i started to talk to them, and we had a crazy idea to see if we could get into the xfiles premiere party.

for some strange reason, i knew where it was (Santa MOnica Airport, in one of the hangars). So we get dressed up, and drive down there.

We were thinking, how on earth would we pull this off, and where was this party specifcally anyways? so as we are exiting the freeway, we see all these limos and nice cars...hm.....let's just follow them!

so we did. we come to the front of the Santa Monica Aviation Museum. All the nice cars were parked there. And there was this shuttle service. We park our ghetto car, and we walk towards the shuttle service.

Either the passes worked, or it's because my 2 friends were super HOT girls. But we got on the shuttle, and when we got off...

WE WERE AT THE PARTY.

Free alcohol, free food, free everything.

there was news reporters tehre like crazy! lasers everywhere, gogo dancers, ice sculptures, etc etc..it was PHATTY PHAT.

i talked to Chris Carter (creator of xfiles), Martin Short, the one armed man in X files, David Duchovny, his wife Tea Leoni, one of the guys from Beverly Hills 90210, and some otehr smaller actors. And we got to drink with Jerry O'Connell. He was pretty faded, and was hitting on my friend. hahahaa..we too shots and hung out and sh!t.

too bad Scully wasn't anywhere to be seen.

CRAZY ass party...it was so fun tho!

When I broke my neck, Paul Newman called me. Apparently my sister's friend's father does fundraising with him. He's a very nice man...

I've met Lorenzo Lamas...He was real nice to my son, my son got a kick out of that...

You guys probably never heard of Bob Glidden....He was a NHRA pro stock champion, raced Fords when everyone else ran GM's.....I got a picture of me and him posing like good buddies in front of his car....I got a big kick out of that..... And then after he says Thank you.....

Oh yeah...my sister trains horses and Shania Twain and Bo Derek came to her barn to "test-ride" some horses that were for sale. They spent about 4 hours with my sister and then Shania gave her front row seats to her concert in Denver. She said they were very nice. She said Bo Derek was not very pretty (getting old) but she said Shania was beautiful - looks the same as she does on TV and such.

oh i forgot to mention that i saw Quintin Tarentino! he was outside of the Pasadena PlayHouse while i was coming out of a resturant. We just said &quot;hey quintin, whats up?&quot; as we were driving by him. He looked really trashy.

I would DIE TO see Jennifer Love Hewitt. Seriously! I WOULD DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no pix...well a few...the reason we didnt' take so many pix is because we didn't want to stand out and get kicked out. we wanted to play the 'cool hollywood' type person. and if we ran around taking pictures, then we prolly would ahve been escorted out! but i have a few picts laying I can scan..it's mostly the scenery...

Shrug.. hurm. Not a big one, but Bruce Springsteen is my Fiancee's uncle. I didn't even know it until one day at borders I saw some biography on him and pointed to it and said &quot;haha. theres your uncle!&quot; and she just said &quot;yep.&quot;. (has the same last name). Kinda funny though, she gets asked A LOT like at cash registers when she makes out a check, etc. She just answers &quot;If I were related to him, would I be shopping here?&quot;, which I find somewhat funny.

And my friend/ex-business partner's aunt was/is the manager for Alanis Morisette. I actually turned down a dinner with her/him/his aunt one time when we were pulling a late night at the office. My other friend nearly killed me for that, but I figured I was tired as hell and wanted to get to bed.

Also a friend is an up-and-coming of sorts DJ on the club scene up here. If I were into such things I could get in for free and stuff. So if anyone lives in MN and wants some free 'clubbin sometime lemme know.
